New Firm Kicks Off Industrial Projects
Twinrose Development Co. has started construction on two industrial buildings totaling 316,500 square feet at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport's International Commerce Park.
Named Twinrose I and II, the development is the first project for the company, Managing Partner Rebecca Tudor said.
Regent I, at 2611 Regent Blvd., is a 256,500 squared-foot, 30-foot clear, 450-foot wide cross-dock facility with three office entrances. The space is divisible to three suites. Regent II, at 2555 Regent Blvd., consists of 60,000 square feet that can be divided for two tenants, 20,000 square feet or larger. It has a 24-foot clearance and is a 200-foot-deep rear-load building.
The buildings are slated for occupancy in December.
Halff Associates is the project architect and Bob Moore Construction is the general contractor.
